1. Student Welfare Fund (BTKP) :
A. Living Expenses / Food Financial Assistance
B. Emergency & Special Case Assistance
Covers sudden or unforeseen incidents affecting a student that require immediate aid, such as fire, theft, and other emergencies.
C. Tuition Fee Assistance
Provided to students facing financial hardship to settle outstanding fees. Priority is given to orphans, low-income students, and those from families facing significant difficulties.
2. Assistance for Students with Disabilities (SwD)
This assistance is provided by the Scholarship Division of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and consists of a monthly pocket money allowance and tuition fee support.

The Health Protection Scheme is a health coverage and medical service facility provided by the University to Undergraduate students. The Office of Student Affairs and Alumni (HEPA), UNIMEL offers several categories of health protection schemes based on specific terms and eligibility requirements.

The Accommodation Unit manages all matters related to student hostels, known as Residential Colleges, including the welfare of students residing within them. The unit’s primary responsibility is to manage student housing and ensure that all necessary facilities are provided for student comfort. Furthermore, this unit places great emphasis on maintaining a conducive building environment and positive surroundings to guarantee safety and boost student morale. Please be informed that all students are required to stay in the Residential Colleges and are not permitted to live off-campus or rent independently, except for specific approved cases.

Untuk makluman, buat masa ini tempahan stadium, fasiliti, peralatan dan kemudahan sukan tidak disediakan secara atas talian namun bagi mana-mana pelajar yang hendak membuat tempahan boleh membuat dengan memuat turun borang kemudahan penggunaan kemudahan sukan atau borang pinjaman peralatan sukan (Sila klik Muat Turun di bawah untuk ke laman muat turun borang-borang HEPA) di bahagian aktiviti pelajar, sukan, rekreasi dan ko-kurikulum kemudian dihantar ke kaunter HEPA atau melalui e-mel: hepa@unimel.edu.my. Manakala, bagi pihak luar yang ingin membuat tempahan penggunaan stadium hendaklah melalui Unit Pembangunan Perniagaan di talian:-

SKOP TUGAS :
- Merawat kes-kes ringan (Kes “Medical & Surgical”) Cth: demam, asma, gastrik, cirit-birit dan kes kemalangan motor serta melecur.
- Membuat prosedur kecil seperti pemberian airan, membuka jahitan, mencuci luka, membebat/membalut luka dan rawatan asma ringan.
- Memberi rawatan kes ringan dan ubat-ubatan serta nasihat kepada pesakit.
- Merujuk kes kepada Pegawai Perubatan (Doktor) ke klinik atau hospital untuk ujian tertentu seperti X-Ray atau ujian darah dan rawatan seterusnya.
- Membuat pembelian ubat dan peralatan perubatan.
- Membuat tugas perlindungan perubatan untuk program di dalam atau luar UNIMEL.
- Membuat aktiviti kesedaran kesihatan seperti kursus asas kepada siswa dan saringan kesihatan staf, menyalurkan maklumat isu kesihatan terkini serta bekerjasama dengan fakulti dalaman dan agensi luar jika diperlukan.
- Melaksanakan program-program kesihatan bersama staf dan pelajar serta komuniti luar.
